Brook's Restaurant is open every evening from 6.30pm to 9.30pm (Sunday 9pm) offering a delicious a la carte menu for you to choose from. A selection of tempting dishes created here at the Hotel by our talented team of chefs! Our Children's Menu is also available all day so bring the family along any time.

(Sage and lemon tenderloin wrapped in parma ham, slow roasted belly pork and confit pork cannon) 
Served with creamed potato, pancetta crisp, seasonal greens and a rich cider jus

Glazed Gressingham Duck Breast (m,so,gf)    
Served with a shallot and chervil rosti, garlic roasted tomatoes, fine bean and parma ham wrap with a rich port wine jus

Pan Fried Seabass with a King Prawn and White Wine Sauce  (m,f,cr)   
Served with a lemon, sun dried tomato and spring onion potato cake

Roasted Aubergine and Goats Cheese Salad  (m)  
Served with semi-dried tomatoes, sauteed potatoes, and balsamic syrup

Pan Fried Chicken Breast  (m,so)   
Served with a rich mushroom and spinach fricassee finished with creamy mashed potato

Tasty and Juicy, bursting with flavours and textures, fat is the essential part of this cut

Topped with two free range eggs
